House Rules
1. Ball hit out of bounds:

Drop near point of entry, 2 club lengths, no closer to the hole.

2. Lost Ball:

Drop near location, 2 club lengths, no closer to the hole.

If ball is lost in open grass area and there are no hazards

(i.e. water, red or white stakes, fescue):

Take a drop ball.

No stoke penalty (speed of play)

3. Hazardous lie:

If your ball is on rocks or a root of a tree:
-
Take a drop ball within 2 club lengths no closer to the hole.

No stroke penalty (Don’t want anyone to break their clubs)

4. Putting:
-
Putt everything out.

Exception: Gimmies allowed if your ball is within the length marked on your putter shaft and one of the players in your group agrees.

Remember to add another stroke for the Gimmie.

5. Sand Traps:
-
If the trap is in poor condition, rake the area and replace the ball replicating the lie.
6. Ball in Play: (revised)

Players may improve the lie of the ball both on fairways and in the rough by placing the ball within a foot or so of its current position. Note: if the ball lands in the rough it must be played from the rough. Exception: Rule 3.
7. Tees:

All players under 80 will play from senior tees.

Players over 80 can play from foward tees.
8. Double Par + 1:

If you hit double par, pick up and record your score as double par + 1. (speed of play)
9. Breakfast Ball: (new)

A Breakfast Ball is allowed for tee shots on the first hole only. If a breakfast ball is taken it must be played.
